- How can I estimate my total shipping costs? For the most accurate estimate, we recommend visiting the LAST-MILE Office. Our knowledgeable staff will assist you in selecting the appropriate box and shipping option tailored to your specific needs.

 

- What payment options are available for LAST-MILE services? You can pay in cash for scheduled online pickups. Alternatively, you may visit any of our locations to pay via credit card (Visa or MasterCard). Corporate customers with a LAST-MILE account can also utilize our Monthly Invoices System.

 

- What items are permissible for shipping with LAST-MILE? To ensure safe shipping practices, LAST-MILE prohibits the shipment of restricted, dangerous, or prohibited items. Additionally, certain countries may impose extra restrictions and acceptance procedures for specific goods. Please consult our Customs Information page for details on prohibited and restricted items by country.

 

- How long will it take to receive my shipment after placing an order? Once LAST-MILE receives your order from the shipper, you will receive an SMS notification detailing the expected delivery date.

 

- How can I access LAST-MILE services? You can reach us by calling our unified contact number or by sending an email to our support team.

 

- How will I know when my shipment is out for delivery? You will receive an SMS notification indicating that your shipment is on its way, and one of our representatives will also give you a call.

 

- What are the operating hours of your outlets? Our outlets are open from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

 

- Do you offer warehousing services? Yes, we do. For more information, please send an email to support@last-mile-sa.com.

 

- How can I share my location with you? After LAST-MILE receives your shipment, you will get an SMS with a link to enter your location. Please ensure that your GPS is enabled for accurate location sharing.
